Why me? 12 years ago, my fellow entrepreneurs and creatives hired me for marketing, but what they got was a Customer Success Manager.

This role didn’t exist back then. I created it at the request of my clients, and I provided support for whatever tool they wanted to use, from websites to email platforms and everything in between.

As a tech teacher and marketing expert, I speak to people in a language they understand.

And of course, I spot opportunities for growth and sprinkle in the bonus knowledge that really helps them leverage tools for impact.
